Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Wrong Platform Code

Hi, I received an FC 27 Beta code for PlayStation 4, but I play on PlayStation 5.

According to the Dual Entitlement policy, I should be eligible to access the PlayStation 5 version as well. I already contacted support about this issue and was sent another code, but unfortunately that code is also for the PS4 version.

Could you please provide me with the correct PlayStation 5 Beta code? I believe I am entitled to the PS5 version under the Dual Entitlement benefit.

    I'm sorry we can't make changes to individual invitations at this stage. If you receive a code for a different platform than expected, it cannot be exchanged or replaced.
