Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Wrong Platform Code

I’ve been selected for the FC 27 Closed Beta and received my playtest email, but my allocation is showing Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One. I only own a PS5. EA Help has told me advisers cannot send a code or check whether I’ve been allocated another platform. Is there any way for my playtest platform to be changed to PS5?

If you receive a code for a different platform than expected, it cannot be exchanged or replaced. We cannot make changes to individual invitations at this stage. EA_Barry.
