Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Wrong Platform Code

Hi,

I was selected for the FC 27 beta but received a PS4 code even though I play on PS5.

I have already redeemed the code before noticing it was the wrong version. EA Help is not letting me reach an advisor and keeps sending me to articles.

Can someone help me get this looked at or tell me if the code can be changed to PS5?
