I was give an American beta code instead of an oceanian, and when I try to change it it only lets me get more American ones, not Oceanian

If you registered your interest through the FC 27 Closed Beta survey and selected the wrong platform or region, or didn't select a region at all, we aren't able to correct those details after invitations have been sent. Mine too, and contacting EA Help keeps sending me in circles.
On top of this, i saw someone has had this problem and the solution was that the region was wrong, but when i check my region it says australia, can someone please help this
