Hi, so I've put my redeem code in for the beta, it then says 'this code contains 1 item. Do you want to redeem it?' As I click redeem it comes up 'the prepaid card could not be redeemed.' .... any fix for this.?

The code might have been redeemed correctly despite the error. Please refer to the pinned instructions to find the Beta and download it from your library.
I also have this issue and all you get when contacting EA is an AI bot that takes you in circles and you are back at the begining with no fix, not helpful at all
I do not know any solutions but i have the same problem
