Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Xbox - Not in my library

I received my code and successfully redeemed it. It shows in my Xbox purchase history but no file app or download has started in my Games and Apps 

I tried a replacement code from EA but it says already redeemed 

Xbox support said I should speak to EA support about this as the only fix for an issue like this is to search for the item in the store and then download it. However this is the closed beta so it's not in the store. I spoke to EA support and they said that as this is a closed beta there is no support for this and I would have to refer to the forum
