fc 27 wont launch after anticheat starts

Hola, tengo un problema para iniciar EA SPORTS FC 27 en PC.

El problema comenzó después de que apareciera un error al intentar abrir un sobre en Ultimate Team. El juego seguía funcionando, pero después de cerrarlo e intentar abrirlo nuevamente, dejó de iniciarse por completo.

Especificaciones de mi PC:
Procesador: AMD Ryzen 7 5700
Placa de video: NVIDIA RTX 3050 de 6 GB
Memoria RAM: 16 GB
Sistema operativo: Windows 11 (el problema también ocurría en Windows 10).

El problema:

Cuando inicio el juego desde Steam, EA AntiCheat se inicia, pero FC27.exe nunca aparece en el Administrador de tareas. Ejecutar FC27.exe como administrador produce el mismo resultado.

Soluciones que ya intenté:

• Reinstalé EA AntiCheat varias veces.
• Reinstalé el juego y verifiqué los archivos desde Steam varias veces.
• Probé iniciar el juego como administrador y con diferentes opciones de compatibilidad.
• Realicé un inicio limpio de Windows.
• Probé con otra cuenta de usuario de Windows.
• Revisé Seguridad de Windows, el historial de protección, el Visor de eventos y el Monitor de confiabilidad. No encontré errores ni bloqueos relacionados con el juego.
• Revisé las carpetas de EA AntiCheat. Los archivos están presentes, pero eaanticheat.sys no aparece en la carpeta de controladores de Windows.
• Revisé las carpetas del juego y de EA en busca de registros de errores, pero no encontré ninguno relevante.
• Confirmé que el Arranque seguro (Secure Boot) está activado.

Ninguno de estos pasos solucionó el problema. El juego funcionaba correctamente antes de este incidente y no instalé ni cambié nada en mi PC entre el error y el primer intento fallido de inicio.

¿Alguien del equipo de EA podría ayudarme a identificar la causa del problema? Ya probé las soluciones habituales y agradecería una solución que no implique repetir los mismos procedimientos.

Hello, I’m having a problem launching EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC.

The problem started after an error occurred while opening a pack in Ultimate Team. The game was still running, but after I closed and restarted it, it never launched again.

PC specifications:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700

Operating system: Windows 11 (the issue also happened on Windows 10)

The issue:
When I launch the game through Steam, EA AntiCheat starts, but FC27.exe never appears in Task Manager. Running FC27.exe as administrator has the same result.

Troubleshooting I have already tried:

• Reinstalled EA AntiCheat multiple times.
• Reinstalled the game and verified the game files through Steam multiple times.
• Tried launching the game with administrator privileges and different compatibility settings.
• Performed a clean boot.
• Tested with a different Windows user account.
• Checked Windows Security, Protection History, Event Viewer, and Reliability Monitor. No relevant errors or blocks appeared.
• Checked the EA AntiCheat folders. The anti-cheat files are present, but eaanticheat.sys does not appear in the Windows System32 drivers folder.
• Checked the game and EA folders for crash logs, but I could not find any relevant logs.
• Confirmed that Secure Boot is enabled.

None of these steps fixed the problem. The game worked before this incident, and I did not install or change anything on my PC between the error and the first failed launch.

Could someone from EA help me identify the cause? I have already tried the usual troubleshooting steps, and I would appreciate a solution that does not require repeating them.
