ERROR 1000

Hello,

I am experiencing recurring errors in FIFA Mobile, and I need assistance resolving them. I have attached screenshots of both errors.

1. Error when the game starts

Message: “UNKNOWN ERROR [1000] – Sorry, something unexpected went wrong. Please make sure you have a reliable network connection and try again.”

This happens immediately after the game loads, even though my internet connection is stable.

2. Error when trying to claim League rewards

Message: “A problem has occurred with your League. Please try again later. [10000]”

I cannot claim my League rewards at all. Restarting the game does not help.

The issue happens every time I try to claim rewards.

Please help me fix these errors or check if my account is stuck.
