Play other apps to earn gems in fcmobile

... i downloaded a few games 🏈 and got the levels Up in those games to get some gems in fcmobile but after 2-3 days i cant access anymore to this Page ☹️ and im leveling Up in the games but receive not gems in fcmobile anymore ... SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME ?
