Hello, I need help with a missing player issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

I received the free event players Vinicius Jr (117 OVR) and Socrates (117 OVR) on April 18, 2026, and they were visible in my account.

However, after some time, both players disappeared from my account without any reason. I did not sell, exchange, or use them in any way.

I already verified that I am logged into the correct account and restarted the game, but the players are still missing.
