Payment error

Hi, 6 Month ago my email was hacked and they used my cc to make several payments on diferent apps, I reported that to Google, I got my email back and secured but now they blocked payments on my account so I'm stocked because I will like yo buy some stuff in FCMOBILE but my fc mobile acc y stocked with a gmail in which IM unable to purchase anything, please Im so dissapointed because of this, I really want AND need to put money into it, what can I do or you guys can do for me?
