I haven’t been able to access my main account since yesterday, September 26th. I tried reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, and even using a VPN, but nothing worked. However, when I create a new account, it logs in without problems. On my main account, the game only shows a black loading screen and never opens. Because of this, I’m missing daily missions and other in-game progress. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, and I also kindly request compensation (such as free in-game gifts) for players who are affected by this problem.
