Cannot Join League — Error [10000] | Need Manual Removal

Hello! I need help with a league issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

My account cannot join any new league because I keep getting this error:

“You are already a member of another league [10000]”

This problem has been happening for a long time, and it seems my account is still linked to an old inactive league on the server. I cannot leave it from inside the game because the league no longer exists or is inactive.

EA Support advised me to post here so the issue can be escalated.

Please help remove my account from the old inactive league manually.
