Please help

Hello, dear developers, I wasn't compensated for the 200 draft coupons bug today. I simply didn't have time to use them, so I was given 200 Oang boost points. I tried everything, updated the game, and re-logged in. But nothing worked. My in-game nickname is Weop999. Please help.
