Subject: FC Mobile PvP connection issue (Cherry 0x0200040F)

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem with FC Mobile.

Every time I try to play any PvP mode (Head to Head, VS Attack, etc.), the game finds an opponent, then my ping immediately becomes 999 ms, and I receive the error:

Network Error (Cherry) 0x0200040F

Matches against AI work perfectly. Only PvP modes are affected.

I have already tried:

• Reinstalling the game.
• Using Wi-Fi and mobile data.
• Using a VPN.
• Logging into my EA account again.
• Creating and testing a Guest account.
• Waiting more than 24 hours.
• Restarting my iPhone.

Nothing solved the problem.

Device: iPhone (latest model)
iOS: Latest version
Current location: Chechnya, Russia
App Store region: Kazakhstan
EA account was created about 2 years ago in Russia.

Please check my account or the connection to the PvP servers and help me resolve this issue.
