Hello! I am the user of the EA account Little Gu, with the registered email [edit: email address removed].
On January 1, 2026, at 12:01 PM, I received a notification about the suspension of my account, which left me very confused. This account has been inactive for a long time, rarely logged in or used, and has never been linked to or played any EA games, nor has it engaged in any top-up, transactions, or other operations.
I have always strictly adhered to the EA User Agreement and have not engaged in any violations. I sincerely request your team to assist in verifying the status of my account, clarify the specific reason for this account suspension, and provide a fair resolution.
