Refund Tool Broken
Hi all, Bought Fifa26, Keeps crashing due to GTX1080 no longer supported, had the game for 30minutes, EA wont show refund on page, AI bot usless and [edit: email address removed] no longer monitored. I have 24 hours since purchase to get refund processed and cant contact anyone. Terrible EA service.
Bring Back FIFA Street (2012) Remake for PC and Consoles
For many football fans and gamers around the world, FIFA Street (2012) remains one of the most unique and exciting football games ever created. Unlike traditional football games, FIFA Street captured the true spirit of street football: creativity, freestyle, skills, style, and fast-paced matches played in iconic urban locations. The gameplay, tricks, panna moves made the experience unforgettable. Even more than a decade after its release, thousands of players still play FIFA Street (2012) and talk about it online. Unfortunately, the game is no longer accessible to new generations because it was never released on PC and is not available on modern consoles like PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series. A remake or remaster of FIFA Street (2012) would bring back a legendary title and introduce it to millions of new players. With modern graphics, improved online multiplayer, updated mechanics, and esports potential, FIFA Street could once again become a global success. Street football is a huge part of football culture across the world, especially in communities where creativity and passion define the game. We, the fans, respectfully ask EA Sports to consider developing a remake or remaster of FIFA Street (2012) for PC and modern consoles. Bring back the streets. Bring back the style. Hi. I am writing about an issue. I am having trying to load into clubs. I am able to play online in every other mode on FC 26 but, when I try to open up clubs… It gives me an error message saying I cannot connect to EA servers or online features. I do not know why this is as I’ve checked everything with my Xbox and EA account. I’ve tried everything I can do and I need someone to help me see what this issue is.Suspension of Transfer Market
EA now claims my account was involved in balance transfer or coin distribution even though I only traded normally on the public Transfer Market. How does this logic even work? In an open market, I cannot control who buys my cards or where Coins go. I simply buy and resell players and consumables based on market demand like many other Ultimate Team players. I never bought Coins, sold Coins, or transferred Coins to anyone. I am also a relatively new FC 26 player and this is already near the end of the game cycle, so why would I even spend money buying Coins now? EA’s detection system is clearly flawed if legitimate market trading can automatically be treated as coin transferring without proper evidence. Punishing real players while hiding behind vague “trade secret” explanations only destroys trust in the system and discourages active players from using the Transfer Market normally. As I am new to the game, I could stop immediately but the such flawed system will affect other player’s game experience. That is not including other bug during the games, like score sheet is not matching with real result that is really low end faults.Bug Report: Tottenham Hotspur Fourth Kit appearing as generic kit

Currently, the Tottenham Hotspur Fourth Kit is not displaying correctly and appears as a generic kit in-game. It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this and release a fix to ensure the correct kit design is implemented for Spurs fans. Hello EA Support, I experienced a match-breaking glitch in EA SPORTS FC 26 during an online match. At around the 125th minute, the opponent performed a throw-in and the game completely froze. None of the players moved and the match became stuck indefinitely. I was unable to continue playing or finish the match normally. I believe this may be the known “throw-in freeze glitch” that some players are abusing online. SCAMMED: Spent 90k Club Coins on broken LED shoes, EA Help confirmed system error (Case 246402540) but refused refund!I am posting this publicly because EA Support is completely ripping off players who grind for hours. I spent 90k Club Coins on the Clubs LED light-up shoes after grinding for more than 20 hours. The item is completely broken server-side; the shoes are just pitch black during online matches and do not show any lights at all. I spent over an hour in EA Help Live Chat today. The advisor checked my account ledger and explicitly confirmed to me that there is an official SYSTEM ERROR on this purchase transaction. Despite admitting that the transaction failed and the product is defective, the chat support flat out refused to grant a manual Coin Rollback and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.My official case number is 246402540. Since the chat support is completely useless and hiding behind copy-paste scripts, I need an EA Community Manager on this forum to open this case, review the system error, and restore my hard-earned 90k Club Coins immediately. This is unacceptable customer service.Ultimate Team servers - Can't connect.
Hello there, i'm having trouble connecting to Ultimate Team in FC26. Cleared cache, reinstalled the game - nothing works. Since today at noon maybe, i can't connect to UT servers, whenever i try to connect it says "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu." Funny thing, couple of my friends are currently playing UT without any issues, i'm speaking with them via TeamSpeak right now! I'm playing on my PC through Steam. Please help me solve this issue. FIFA 18 - Missing boots
Hi there, I have a question. In FIFA 18, and the older FIFAs, have been shut down their servers, and unfortunately those catalogue boots that come from the updates in the lifeline of the game aren’t possible to get. Hello EA Support, I am contacting you regarding an issue I experienced in FC 26 Ultimate Team Champions. In my final match, my opponent left the game, and I should have been awarded the win. However, due to what seems like a server or game issue, the win was not counted. Because of this, I remained at 7 wins instead of 8, and I missed out on the rewards I should have earned. This situation is clearly not caused by me, as my opponent disconnected from the match. I kindly ask you to review my match history and grant the missing win or compensate me with the appropriate rewards.
