fc points

I bought an online gift card for my friend and he activated it on the ea app.

He plays fc 25 on playstation. I just bought ea on my pc and logged in with his ea account that's linked with his fc 25 account on playstation because i thought that the account would be the same and the points would only show on pc(He couldn't see the points on his playstation). When I started the game logged in on the ultimate team. I had another team and I couldn't see his team. But the points are on that pc account. Is there a way that you can transfer the fc points to his playstation account?

    Hey there, 

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer FC Points from one platform to another. If you purchased points directly through the EA app and intended to use them on the PlayStation, you can contact EA Help Support and check with them if it's possible to request a refund. In case you purchased the points through a third party retailer, you may need to contact the retailer.
