someone stole my code from fifa and used it on another account and i don't have the game what to do

I buy the original game from some offical store like a year ago or 2 and i lost the game disc and i found it a few days ago and when i use a code it was already redeemed into some acc but no one use my disc i dont know how Is there any way I can get the game back? Or maybe ban the person who stole it

Community ManagerThen it's very likely that you used a different account when you redeemed the code. If you contact EA Help support they should be able to assist you in regaining access to your old account.
