Fifa 22 Download Problems

               <li>Disabled all non-Microsoft services (via MSCONFIG)</li>
               <li>Checked firewall settings (also disabled for testing)</li>
               <li>Uninstalled and reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributables</li>
               <li>Manually deleted EA folders (under C:\ProgramData, C:\Users\[Name]\AppData\Local & Roaming)</li>

   <p>Despite these measures, the problem persists:</p>

       <li>The download gets stuck at 96%.</li>
       <li>The EA App partially crashes with a message stating that background services have crashed.</li>
   </ul>

If the background services keep crashing, there might be a program conflicting with the EA app. As you have already disabled all background apps, it might be worth trying to create a new Windows Admin account to see if you're able to install it there: Manage User Accounts in Windows

Yes i already tried this too

Is your hard drive partitioned or do you have more than one drive? If yes, have you tried selecting a different drive when installing the game?

no the problem is still there with Fifa 22 and Fifa 21. But i can download every other games.

I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing issues downloading the game. Did you manage to check if there are any partitions on your Hard Disk and if you're able to install it on another disk or partition?

Yes i checked this but i have only got one.
