I can’t access the transfer market

For some reason I’m banned from participating in the transfer market for 24 hrs even though I’ve never used it, and it also took me completing objectives to be able to access it while on the other hand  my brother didn’t have the same issue on his account.

    Hi there. Once you complete the objectives, there's a 24 hour wait before you can access the Transfer Market.
