please note that
- System Cache had been cleared
- verified that i am signed into my PSN account with same name asa my EA account
- Restored Licenses
- Tried all steps in the connection guide
- Yet to open my NAT type but it is on moderate
- changed my DNS to the public google one as adviced
After all of this it is still the same outcome.
I dont know what else to do

Community Managerit doesn't really matter if the name of your PSN and EA profile are the same, as those have no influence on each other. Did you check the customer portal to see if the link to the PSN account is seen there?
