Shocking fraud

On June 20, 2026, at approximately 12:55 AM Beijing time, I purchased the "Player Pack with Guaranteed 3 Players Rated 94+ and a Path to Glory Selection" for 600,000 coins through the FC26 store. According to the clearly stated guarantee mechanism within the game, this pack should provide me with at least three players rated 94 or higher to choose from.

However, it is shocking that after opening the 94+3 pick-1 pack, the highest-rated players obtained were only three with a rating of 83. This not only seriously violates the product description but also constitutes substantial consumer fraud. As a veteran EA football game player with over ten years of experience, I have always been a strong supporter of EA's games, but this incident has left me deeply shocked and disappointed. I am fully aware of how these high-value packs are supposed to work, and this mistake is completely unacceptable.

These 600,000 gold coins are resources I've accumulated through extensive time and effort, and this bug has directly caused my team-building plan to collapse.
