Season pass bug FC 27 end match

At the end of every game, the game says that i have to redeem something in the pass, but it always says to claim the same thing that i already claimed.

For example, at the end of every match i play, the game show me a pop up saying i can claim the Level 2 reward of the pass, which I already claimed.
