“Old gen” to “Next gen” MUT 24… L

It should not be an issue to transfer my ultimate team to my new console. Like that just shouldn’t be a problem that people face when they are buying and supposedly “upgrading” to a supposedly “next-gen” console. That shouldn’t be a game problem. That shouldn’t be a console problem. That shouldn’t be a development problem. That shouldn’t be a problem. 

how on earth is this a problem EA? How have you not faced this situation before. How have you not better prepared for this situation. How have you not solved this situation. I should only have to sign in to access my ultimate team. It is a VIDEO GAME. Put the video game characters that I spent half the year getting, on my video game. 

I do not care about your dual entitlement make believe nonsense. 

I paid REAL LIFE MONEY on this video game. 

I played this video game to unlock a lot of stuff.

I bought a new Xbox that was supposed to be “next gen” and new and offer something different.

I sign in to COD, all of my guns and progress is still there even though it’s from my old gen Xbox progress.

I sign in to Madden and have to restart the game completely, even after I sign in to my EA account, there is nothing saved at all…

WHERE IS MY PROGRESS???

I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SIGN IN TO MY EA ACCOUNT AND HAVE ALL OF MY PROGRESS THERE (INCLUDING ULTIMATE TEAM) ON ANY CONSOLE THAT I WANT, WHENEVER I WANT. 

HOW IS THIS ACTUALLY AN ISSUE !?
