3-4 Defense, Face Selection, Franchise Sliders glitched

The October or November Title Update have brought some issues with them. In 3-4 Defense, your DT1 will always play RE and your DT2 will play DT. If they are fatigued, DT3 will come in as RE and DT4 will come in as DT. Goal Line, Nickel etc. work as intended, it's only the 3-4 and all the variants of it. 

Also, the Selection Screen in which you choose the portraits of a generated rookie doesn't show the faces, it's all empty.

What I also encountered is that after playing a game (I'm not quite sure what causes it) the sliders for Injuries and Fatigue in Franchise set back to their defaults. Perhaps it's also affecting the Min Player Threshold, but I never changed that. 

I found all this not even 3 days since the November Title Update. How can these things be possibly messed up? In the Gridiron Notes these areas where not even mentioned, you shouldn't even be able to mess them up. 

I await a patch for this ASAP, not in one month or later.
