Add Hash Marks, Why don't I know the position of the ball when picking a play?

You know in the NFL especially it is extremely important to know where exactly the ball is placed before picking a play. Why don't I know this in madden 24, in 2023 the year of our lord the game is still so dog that I can't tell which side to flip my formation when calling a play. Now I'm constantly calling trips, bunch, tight, formations into the short side of the field because I don't know which hash mark the ball is ON because i don't know where the ball is on the field. FIX THISSSSSSSS!!!!!!!
