Add the FOTF editor (edit hair/features) into Franchise custom draft classes

I noticed during the beta launch the FOTF face editor (where you can edit a player's hair/beard/features) was available in Franchise custom draft classes. However, I noticed during the beta update it...

2K and MLB the show both have face scan technology.  How is possible that EA can't do that too?!
