AKA Crews Token Glitch
Hello!
I am a current Gen Madden 24 player. I have 6 AKA Crews tokens in my inventory, but cannot use them in any of the sets. The description says "Use this item in AKA Crews Sets", but the action to do such is faded awat and says this item is not eligible for any sets. What should I do? please make this right EA

Hi everyone,
Thank you for bearing with us while we've been looking into this.I believe we've figured out what happened with these tokens. There was an issue earlier this year where after completing Sets with BND tokens, they were incorrectly "refunded" and sent back to your inventory. The Set would have still been completed normally, and you would have received the rewards.
The system still recognizes that these tokens had already been used, so they couldn't be used again after that. It's essentially a visual error with tokens showing up in your inventory that should have been removed when they were spent.
I understand this has been a pretty frustrating and confusing situation, but I hope I was able to clarify what happened here.Thanks again for being patient with us while we've been investigating and testing this.
