Alternative Playbooks and Custom Playbooks

You guys do a very impressive job of getting the playbooks that are very specific to that teams personnel. While that is fantastic for the game and I would not recommend stopping that AT ALL, the catch is typically a few years into the franchise where your personnel gradually changes. While you can still do probably 80-90% of what the default team's playbook does, the other 10-20% would need to get thrown out.

I present that problem, to offer a few suggestions that would benefit at least the long term franchise players and ultimate team players.

• While I already saw and agree with several of the same suggestions concerning alternative playbooks being allowed to be edited/created and included with less difficulty in other modes like franchise, I would actually want to offer different things about specifically alternative playbooks
  • Outside of specifically Run and Shoot and maybe Spread, most of the alternative playbooks are outdated for the current style of play. I would suggest building basic, broad playbooks for each coaching scheme (West Coast Spread, Multple Power Run, Vertical Zone Run, etc.). I would imagine each playbook would have the same few basic formations and plays that are included everywhere, but then adding specific formations and plays along with tweaking the game call script to allow each scheme to be generally executed.
  • Additionally, the current alternative playbooks are extremely limited in number of RPO's, I would be hopeful for at least a decent number compared to what most other playbooks have.
• I have gradually became much less comfortable with making and editing custom playbooks over the years due to the time commitment it takes to rate plays for the playcall script. My mind only goes as far as what formations and plays I want to use in the game, not so much when I want to use it. (yes i am that guy that goes with recommended plays 90% of the time)
  • While there are certainly more competitive players than me that enjoy that part of creating the playbook, I would at least ask for the option for the system to automatically rate the plays in the playcall script to be paralell to the original scheme of the playbook or at least similar ratings to simlar plays that are already rated.

I would like to see that specifically also in the college football game that is coming soon if you have that power! lol
