Anyone ck on my screen in any fans mode and I can't clear

In madden 24, in any game mode,  when I'm on either offense or defense, (it happens on both) as soon as the huddle breaks, my screen automatically has playart and superstar xfactor vision already displayed on screen, no prompt from controller. I cannot clear with the controller either, it's just stuck on screen(RB or LB... Although I've tried literally every other button and clicker there is, as well, nothing works) . When I'm ready to snap the ball or perform any other preplay actions (audibles, hot routes, coverage or line adjustments, literally anything, including actually snapping the ball (offense), I have to pause, select resume, quickly enter whatever command I'm wanting, and repeat for every little thing. Want 3 different hot routes? Repeat the entire process 3 times. Then a 4th  time to actually snap the ball. On defense I have to wait till the ball is snapped, obviously, but once my opponent snaps it, there is a lag on my controlled player due to him not being able to move until the play art she xvision are of the screen..the have is essentially unplayable, and if u do get the urge to try, it's extremely frustrating. Been at least a month now, I've tried every setting option I can think of, controller layouts, button mapping.. Just to try n hope it works.. Nothing does. Any suggestions or tips are appreciated. EA need to get it figured out, at I've reported and just been told "were working on it, be patient". Ive been very patient, but I spent too much money to not be able to play the hands at all, for this long.. Help me out here EA! 😓😩😮‍💨PLEASE!!
