Just received one over night as well. All my coins wiped. Not proud to say I’ve bought quite a few store packs since November. I was putting a Tzj Watt TD card together and was 26/32 lol. Not hopeful for my appeal, but these bans seems to be volume outlier based. Like it’s the volume of large dollar cards and the 60-75k low overall players that are being gouged is what is triggering these “bans”. I’m out hundreds of dollars since they wiped 5+ mil of coins. Haven’t logged into my account yet or received a “review” of my appeal.
- @Motionez11 I’ve submitted close to a dozen cases now. It’s the same automated email. They don’t read your appeals. One case I submitted just to see if it was indeed automated, I requested to be permanently banned, and received the same automated email, “request denied” and proved that their is no human touch involved with this umm…. Trying to think of a word not to be banned from answers HQ…. Corruption?? I guess that works
