Beta Code is invalid?

I submitted a case with the code sent to my email and attached the email and within seconds of submitting it was closed. I was given the option to resume but it directs me to the forums, can a custom...

    Hey Everyone, 

    If you have received a Beta code for the Madden NFL 24 beta, please verify you are redeeming it on the platform mentioned in the beta invite. we are unable to exchange the Beta Invite for a different platform. 

    If you run into redeeming the code, for the first time please reach out to our support staff for further assistance. You can reach out to our support here

    Make sure you sign into the account that was invited into the Beta, then go through the steps in the Help Article to fill out the Web From. 

    Once redeemed you can find the beta in your platforms library to download. Please note you will not need to re-enter the beta invite code once redeemed.

@xXxJETSxXx Are you redeeming through a web portal or on the console? We might want to try to restart your device, then check your library to see if its there.

        @EA_Illium I never got my code. I've been trying to conatact EA help for two and a half hours.

    @EA_Illium Intital redemption was through the console. I just tried the xbox app and no luck either. Restarting the console didn't have any luck either sadly.

      @EA_Illium my code never came through for me to enter. I had to change email and think thats where it messed up
