I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I’m having this issue currently. I’ve reset both ps5 and router/modem. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve made sure all updates have been made. My ps4 version will let me sign in to ea servers along with other ea games but the ps5 version of madden 24 will not let me in.
We are having the same issue. Even created a new EA account and are still getting the same error

I cannot sign in to EA servers
It says connection failed. and I have internet working and I have the right parental controls its on pg 13 so why isn't working?

Joe, rather than continually telling ppl to power cycle their equipment inspite of us telling that does NOT work - how about you find the root cause? Your approach has been less than helpful!
The reason you cannot log in is because you have to be signed into the same PS5 account that you created your EA account with. In my case I have an Xbox series X and an Xbox live profile. I was signed into my microsoft STORE account and not the Xbox Live account that had my saved games (EA's Madden etc) once i did that I was able to log into my EA profile/account for Madden 24, But what made it easier was doing so from my Xbox app on my pc. I'm not sure if PS5 has a similar app or not.
