Can’t log in to ea madden 24

What platform are you playing on?

I logged in to my EA Sports account via Madden 22 with in issues, however, I’m having no luck logging in to my account with Madden 24. This is strange since I downloaded the game from EAS.

I did select for EAS not to have access to my gaming data. Could this be the problem?

I also read that I’m ‘encouraged’ to subscribe to gamepass to receive progress points. I hope this isn’t the case.

Hello, to all having trouble with the repeated password reset error on Madden 24, I suggest contacting tech support chat. Ask them to unlink your console from your ea account. This will allow you to then change the password (update all account info specially email to current) and re-link it to the console user name. You will lose any rosters or EA saved files, but it solves the password reset issue. At least on Xbox, It has to do with your console and the EA server not linked correctly. I can now access the game just fine and save rosters, season etc. I hope that helps.

I’m having the exact same issue but on PS5. It says I’m not logged into EA servers and just won’t go anywhere. I’ve tried all the tips in here and nothing has worked. 

That doesn’t work been doing that for the last 3 days and still get the same results. 

I’ve powered cycled my internet and Xbox for two minutes and still EA sports will not allow me to sign in. All other games work just fine. I’ve reset my password 10 times. Gives me the same error.
