Can’t disable big head mode.

Please someone help to turn off BIG HEAD MODE. 

it won't disable big head mode I need help 

I went on practice n it's disable but wen I play my franchise is on I need help fixing big head mode

This is driving me NUTS!! When are they going to fix this BIG HEAD GLITCH????  I don't want to play this game anymore, it is ridiculous. 

Has anyone figured out how to get big head mode off? I turn the setting off but it still plays superstar in big head mode.

Every time i play franchise or superstar mode it is just stuck on big head mode ive looked at all the settings none of them say disable big head and i’ve deleted multiple franchises and superstars to try to fix it and nothing has yet

Hello, my online ID is Flerczy and I am playing on a PS5. In practice mode you can turn Bighead mode on and off, but once you turn it on it is on for good and won’t turn off even though you disable it. It then plays as Bighead mode in superstar, franchise, and quick play modes. You don’t have to wait any timeframe for it to happen and there isn’t any error messages that occur. I am on a wireless network and I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and it still happens. As well as deleting my superstar and starting over and it still does it. Please help.
