Can I access my same Madden Franchise League from Xbox and PC simultaneously?

I have Madden 24 on my Xbox X and I want to be able to play my franchise league without taking my Xbox when I travel. Can I use my PC to access my leagues since its cross play?

@Boomercurve If you use the streaming cloud option yes. If you own it on PC and Xbox no because it is two separate games.

They do not use the same files or UT, so it would not work,
