Cannot Access Community Creations or search for franchises Madden 24

Hey @EVT_54, 

Thanks for reaching out about this!

There were a few things I was hoping we could confirm with you: 

  • Is this only happening with Franchise, or are you having similar issues in other modes?
  • Have you checked any other Franchise save files to see if those are working?
  • Have you downloaded any custom content? If so, can you try deleting it to see if that makes any difference? 
  • What happens if you remove, then re-add your Gamertag to your Xbox console? Does the same issue happen afterward? For more info on how to do that check out the Xbox Support website.

My Madden Is Currently Doing The SameThing,

I’ve Deleted All Created Content, All My Connected Franchises Work Fine, I’m Just Not Able To Search For A New League nor Can I Get Into Community Files, Please Help
