Cant sell my cards

Question

I'm posting for my friend, (this is his account) he is brand new to MUT. This morning he loads madden and spends SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars to be able to have a good enough MUT team to be able to play. He then goes to his binder and gets the error you see in the photo. I've been playing MUT since the first year it dropped and have never seen any message like this, and in all the communities im in they havent seen it either. How are they going to tell him to go "level up" without a team after he spent his HARD EARNED money in the store already. This is insane what is going on? He played a ton of solo challenges and leveled up and nothing changed either.

Over 24 hours later, just logged in and tried to sell some cards. He still cannot sell a single card, close to $1,000 spent and is not allowed to sell his cards. I have no idea what could've been the thought process behind this decision at EA could've been. Spent hard earned money and cannot actually gets the players he wants to play the game with.

Have had This problem for days as well of course EA doesn’t care they want people to spend money on the game but don’t want the game to be functional or even attempt to fix the problem. Yeah just wait 24 hours and it will work for sure some bs

Just git into it and got a Dave Casper Super Bowl past card was excited till I see not actionable 😒 yet I see it everywhere on auction boards 🙃
