Chad Powers AKA Crews

Can someone explain to me why my Chad Powers doesn’t have Angry Runs or Master Tactician X factors available? I only have the Escape Artist AKA Crews X factor. Is it because I’m on old gen? I have Xbox one. I’m fuming, I spent 2 mill coins on it and it doesn’t even have the abilities I saw that it had which made it a broken card.
