Communication is Extremely Lacking

Is there just no discussion between teams in the Madden department? Why is it that any time someone wants an update on any fix that is going on the best way to do that is to create a help case to just hear "the team is aware of this issue." or they have to go through the "answers" HQ and find the right topic to just see if others are having a similar issue, and even then it's unclear as to if anyone is working on fixing an issue.

For example, the most liked topic under the MUT section is missing solo battles, that has now had two additional topics created over the same issue, probably becasue 1) the issue has not been fixed and 2) nobody on the Madden team has said anything about fixing the issue. Not any of the two twitter accounts that deal with Madden or the EA "help" account has even mentioned that they are aware of the issue and working on it. I do not understand how they can supposedly employee people to work these twitter accounts and review these posts and then just not respond? Just any communication at this point would be an upgrade on what is currently going on.

If more than a few people are having an issue with something, like the "new items" screen freezing. All you have to do is look on twitter (I will not be calling it X) and see hundreds and thousands of tweets of people talking about that issue and how they're having it OR just look below at the comments of any tweets that the Madden accounts tweet out. They are already going through and hiding some of the tweets maybe start caring about the consumer base and also look at the tweets of people stating issues they're having with the game.

Another example of EA/Madden just being so late with communication is the lineup fix where if you were unable to play a game/online you just had to change your lineup. I was having that issue and created multiple cases asking for help to which I received none except a statement saying "the team is aware of the issue". Like cool then make it known to the public, do something, how hard is it to make one tweet explaining that you're aware of issues. I had to search online and on reddit to finally find an answer from a random person who does not work at EA/Madden BUT probably should because at least they put the information out there.

It's not hard to communicate the issues the game is having to at least let people know the problems are being "worked" on, even when the fix may never come and most times hasn't, but how hard is it?
