Who else is having issues with Community Files?
Have done every step EA mod has told me and still nothing for over a month now

I have re-installed my game, I have cleared my cache, I have cleared local game saves, I have reset my Mac address etc. I have unplugged my system and my internet modem as well. Nothing works! I've done it all and EA Chat says "We will pass this along to our bug department."
This has been a known issues for last few years.
I was able to access it in September and now in January I can't. Amazing!
Update, logged into my account on my son's xbox. Loaded up, still can't access the Community files.
Logged out and logged in as my son. Loaded up and he has access to the community files, not me. UNREAL.
Ridiculous.
