CPU's cap space logic is terrible...

It makes it unrealistic, because then the franchise will let a big name player walk and not sign anyone in FA...

but they'll keep a guys like Jimmy G, low overall players with a ton of cap hit 

The simple solution is to bring back the cut suggestion days like in madden 08, the AI logic was better 15 years ago than it is today
