Did not receive pre order content on next Gen

I preordered this version of Madden NFL 24 and today is the day of the early access and it is no longer in my library or in the store and it says that the payment failed once I go into the payment history. Please help and hopefully there is a solution and I get the preorder bonus too hopefully. 

I pre ordered Madden 24 Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X on June 7th which was confirmed by an Xbox Support representative on the phone today. I got my pre order golden ticket fantasy pack in Madden 23 and my Madden 24 beta code. I go to pre download the game today because it’s release date is today and my game is no where to be found in my game library. I go to the Microsoft Store and it lists pre order options again as if I never pre ordered the game to begin with. I go on my EA account online and it indeed says Madden 24 is “my game.” I call Xbox Support and they confirmed I did pre order the game on June 7th but said the status says failed and that this was a synching problem with EA after a failed Xbox troubleshoot attempt. I have no idea what to do now because I don’t want to pre order the game twice and miss out on the pre order promotions that ended July 22nd. This was an AKA 85 overall fantasy pack and a Hall of Fame fantasy pack as well so if I pre order or buy the game again, I won’t have those 2 promotional packs. I tried attaching the images to show proof but it will not allow me and gives an error.

Lost all my pre order bonuses and team from downloading current instead of next gen will I get it back

Pre ordered Madden 24 Deluxe…..  I have access to the early access but NONE of my items are there….

restarted, restarted game and am now uninstalling it and reinstalling…..

I got my deluxe version except I didn’t get any of my items yet……. Come on EA!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t get mine either and haven’t found any help

If you are on PlayStation it seems that all your stuff is going to old gen. I highly recommend no one open the ps4 version as I have read some people are getting their preorder bonuses there but it does not transfer to the ps5 version. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.

Hey my Gamer profile on Ps5 is FollowJesus31 and I preordered the delux version of the game and I have. Not received my Josh Allen, bonus points, or my jettas or sauce choice card. Just logged into mut with none of my preorder delux content and I need it fixed. 

I am also having this issue
