Can somebody please help me? I come to this support page for answers and I get none. This is ridiculous.

    @ActiEA123 For giveaways, we don't actually assist with these because these are added to the EA account through the streamer or Community Manager for that game. For Madden, if you didn't get a message, or they didn't add it, you have to reach out to them on their channel here.

    They will reach out to you and get the info they need from you. Sadly not something a CM does over the forums.
