This is something needs fixing for years now. IDL/DE is different from a DE/Edge. Khalil Mack shouldn’t be competing with Bobby Wagner for best LB. Y’all diffferentiate between FS and SS time to do it for Edge players.
This would be great to get done. Doing this or even somehow have the game automatically do a position change if they go to a team with a different scheme. For example, if we took Micah Parsons as a 4-3 DE and put him on a team that ran a 3-4 defense, Micah would still be listed as a DE, but really he’d be an OLB in a 3-4 defense. Then we’d have to go in and change his position. But it’d be like for whichever player in the game. Please get this done somehow.
