Does anyone in EA customer service speak English ?

I keep asking a simple question and they won't answer it.

Will my auction house ban from 23 carry to 24.

I've told them everytime. I am not appealing the 23 ban, I just want to know will it carry to 24.

Yet, every response comes back to tell me - after looking into it we were right to ban you.
