I have no email offer or Playstation store offer that offers any version of Madden24 for 50%off. Only 99.99 and 69.99 price options.

No it's not fixed. We were promised 50% and we get no help from you all. I was able to play the beta and saying I would get the discount. I message you all and I'm told I'm not eligible. You need to fix this instead of giving empty responses. You all are such a trash company. Pathetic what you have done to the madden community.

It's not fixed! I've even emailed EA Customer Support directly and can't get any answers.
My Madden 23 home page is literally still advertising a 50% off discount and when I go to redeem it, the game is full price. The only answer I get from you all is "rest assured, we are working on a solution."
Just give us the discount you all promised us for you deleting our data! It's that simple. Why advertise a discount in Madden 23, and promise a discount for everyone if you're not going to actually offer it?
It's ridiculous, just let us have the discount that EA promised!

Mine started showing it earlier this week. went to purchase it on Tuesday when I noticed the ad, but the discount was never there. It's just offered a 10% discount instead of the 50%.
EA Support has been zero help with the issue as well. I provided them all of the proof and verification that they asked for, and I was told "be patient". It's insane.
If everyone just wouldn't buy it, they might start listening!! I sent this issue out to some game reporters on twitter / X. He posted a story about it. May not matter much but I tried!!

I also get no mail with a code or have any kind of 50% discount in my PS5 account that i see.
I want to play the game tommorrow and start my new franchise mode. When i buy it for a the normal price, EA sent me 50% of my money back?
Or how i can get my 50% promised discount on PS5?

I received an email back in April stating I would receive a beta code and the 50 percent off. I haven’t received an email since!
I missed out on the beta and I got no clear answers when I tried to contact someone through the the “EA HELP” multiple times.
I am still unable to buy the game for the promised 50 percent off.
I don’t understand how you email a customer and make a promise just to leave them empty handed.

I have not seen any email with the 50% discount. I've also am experiencing the 10% discount in the xbox store.
The email from back in jan stated, ... 'Finally, for all impacted Franchise players who lost progress due to this issue, you’ll receive a 50% discount on Madden NFL 24'
When I reached out to support they old me the offer is expired and that I should buy the game for full price because "it is worth it".
Give me a break.
Do the right thing and honor the offer that was made in January.
