DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS

This game is rittled with glitches in quite literally every game mode and anytime you reach out to their forums or support team for help they just spam you with bots until you leave the situation alone. I have already had my solo ultimate team glitch out on me for an entire 2 weeks before they updated it, i contacted EA 4 times during this period, I didn’t recieve my RG3 upgradeable from the Campus Hero’s promo, i contacted them 7 times and its been well over a week since, they literally got sarcastic with me then told me they cannot and will not help me receive it , so i guess I’m beat, and now I’m experiencing this same Solo’s battle glitch everybody else is, and while it seems something on such a large scale should be fixed quickly, EA has given me no reason to have faith in them so far, or even with past releases as this glitchines has been a theme since they began UT years ago, sucks that we all spent this money on a game that doesn’t work, and i would suggest anybody about to do so, don’t…. EA needs to scrap everything and let 2k take over madden next year they clearly can’t handle the workload involved in running an online gaming platform
