EA help can't issue makerights?
Have been emailing and live chatting with EA "Help" for over a month now for multiple issues and content missing, after a month long endless loop of communication this is the actual response from EA "Help"

I would like to inform you that there is no option to grant compensation from our end.

So what exactly can EA "Help" do? And how does one actually get content they earned that EA failed to deliver and how does one get make rights for this month long debacle of terrible customer service?
